We had a pleasant experience with clean rooms and a comfy bed, but shared bathroom access could be improved. I'd definitely return!

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to explore Venice. I loved the charming old architecture of the building. it really adds character to the experience. My room had a cozy bed and a nice big window that provided great natural light. However, the bathroom could get busy during peak times, which was a bit annoying. The shared kitchen was a nice perk but definitely needed some cleaning up. it didn’t look very inviting. Also, the noise from other guests was sometimes disruptive, affecting my sleep. The staff was friendly, but I felt they could have been more attentive in addressing cleanliness issues. Overall, it suited my needs for a budget stay but had areas that require improvement.

fantastic central spot for walking to iconic venice sights
my stay was great with a comfy room and an excellent location, being only a few steps from the historic Ponte di Rialto and less than a 10-minute walk to the tranquil area around the Basilica of St Mary of Health, which provided lovely park views during my strolls.

We found the location to be perfect since it was just a short walk from the train station and close to several fantastic restaurants. The amenities were excellent. the shower was one of the best we've ever experienced! We also appreciated the availability of a shared kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient.
We did experience some noise at night, which can be a bit disruptive.

Clean and spacious rooms with unique canal views.
I had a frustrating experience finding the hotel due to misleading directions that took us on a wild goose chase through the narrow streets of Venice. The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, and the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning made our stay uncomfortable on a hot summer night.

The double room was clean and comfy, and I loved the convenient location—super close to everything. They even had a handy shared kitchen to whip up snacks!
But honestly, the 10 PM lockout had me feeling like I was prepping for a military operation. I mean, what’s a girl to do in case of an evening gelato emergency?

decent stay but with strict entry rules
The double room was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, allowing for a restful night. The city view from the room added a lovely touch to our experience, enhancing the ambiance during our stay.
The 10 PM restriction on entering the building is quite limiting for tourists.
